Tomorrow we have Constable Keely coming in to finish her work on the role of the Police.

I've got a bit of a cold! This will be the first polar swim I won't be jumping in the pool for.

ReplyDeletedoes your heart rate increase when you exersize because your blood has to move around more because you are u zing your muscles more. And when your running around you need to suck in more oxygen so the heart has to pump more blood around to mix in with oxygen.
