Another busy week with Production taking up a lot of the time. Also we have Zebong the story teller visiting, with a workshop on debating for some children.
Just a reminder to some people that some fees for technology still need to be paid.
A question for 30 credits (be nice if someone other than Brodie got the answer!)
What two parts of N.Z. could our production have been set in?

Week 6

Really getting into the Production that is starting to look really good.
Well done to those people who were awarded awards for Languages at our Syndicate Assembly - Tane, Carley, Rahapa and Hiria.

Brodie since you are the only one who answers my questions here is one just for you - see how good your memory is!
How much did I save when I bought another data projector for the syndicate? Anyone else who heard me say this can also answer.

Week 5

Our Production 'Gold Rush' is under way so we will be spending a lot of time on this with practices, making props etc.
If there are any parents who would be interested in helping it would be great if you could let us know through the Office.

We have started working on the 'Clean As, Green As' unit. We hope to finish this unit with tree planting along the stream, hopefully making an area that will enourage lizards.

Tomorrow if it is fine we will be going to Henley Lake to check out the planting we did with Rm 1 and do any weeding that is necessary.

On Wednesday of this week we are having School Photos.

A question - What is Government thinking of doing that may increase the number of trucks on the road between here and Woodville? Good luck Brodie!

Week 4 next week!
We've finished auditions - got some great talent - and hopefully tomorrow (Friday) will be able to let people know what parts they have.
We were really pleased with the fact that quite a few did audition and all those who did will have some part even if it isn't a major speaking part.
From now on our Production will be taking up more and more time as it gets closer to the end of term when we show it. Hopefully though it will be a lot of fun as well as a lot of work.

All our Year 8s are down at Makoura today for their open day.

A question for you Brodie! (and anyone else who looks and answers but so far Brodie has been the only one).

Who is the Minister of Education? 50 credits to the first person who tells me the answer.
