Welcome to Week 7!

Monday we've got our art morning - finishing from the art day on Friday.

Room 2 also have art on Monday with Kate (who is producing some fantastic work).
Also on Monday Keely ( from Police ) is coming in to talk to Rooms 3 and 4 about Police work, related both to our up-coming Unit called 'People Savers' and to careers.

On Tuesday Room 4 have art with Kate, Keely talks to Room 2, and Room 1 have 1st Aid all day, also as part of 'People Savers'.

On Wednesday we have our school cross country when all children are expected to take part, even if they only walk!

Speeches have started in most rooms - everyone is expected to do a speech and the school finals will be on 22 June - the day after our Polar swim but more about both of these later.

Guten Tag

Languages have started so expect to hear greetings in German, Spanish, French, Mandarin or Maori.
Our class award last week went to Shania Collins who received it for her great attitude. Well done Shania.
